I've had nothing short of a smooth experience working with Tom and his crew. I had received a few other quotes from pool company's and Superior Pool Plaster was the way to go. He made the process so simple for my pool remodel. From demo to re-plaster every step of the way was made clear. Tom was very transparent when it came to pricing no “surprise” fees. From the very beginning of the process till the end, Tom was an amazing communicator. He always let you know step-by-step what was happening and when it was happening. if you had any questions at any time Tom was there to answer them. There was no pressure whatsoever on picking tiles or the type of pool surface I wanted. Tom would just give his suggestions and allow me as the customer to do what I felt was correct  for me. My original pool did not have a Baja deck, and I was so excited that I was able to add one to my existing pool. I also added handrails to the Jacuzzi and the pool. Every member of Toms crew was very cordial and friendly. They would even answer my questions while doing their work.  The waiting time to use my Jacuzzi is painful.😂 But it will be well worth the month wait. I was very pleased with this company. I asked the owner a bunch of questions. He answered it in the proper way. He has a lot of samples of pebbles for my pool. He was always there on time and answered every question that I asked him and I also recommended him to my cousin, and he was very pleased with them too.
